Master Plan

The idea of work-live-play is not signified by signs but by geometry. The notion is about 200 acres. The protected centre is in the middle of the 50-acre villa enclave, the 14-acre apartment band and business sector wrap around the outer perimeter and an 80-foot grand spinal road runs across the whole site. The residential estate is more than a fifth green open space, over 19 acres, higher than the 12-15% normally seen in similar designs and distributed throughout the dwellings as connectors for pedestrians and climatic relief. Office, residence, retail and facilities are created to be integrated for everyday usage avoiding as much as possible vehicle traffic and this is why the villas are in the quiet centre and the offices near the access points.
